I stopped by the Too Sweets café located inside the NOVEL Val Vista leasing office and had the pleasure of interacting with Samantha. Even though I wasn’t touring or looking for an apartment, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made the space feel inviting and was genuinely kind during our interaction. It really says a lot about the community when staff treats everyone with such warmth, regardless of why they’re there. Samantha is a great representation of NOVEL Val Vista!

Just moving into town and Samantha and Annalisa are so fun! I came by the property with my friends and explained how I am new to the area and they gave us so many places to check out. I could YAP to them all day long. I'm sad that they didn't have 3 bedrooms but they did explain how the coffee shop is available for everyone not just residents and how they host events at the property for locals to join!

Took a tour here to check out a studio and it was a very good experience! Annalisa was super nice and while I was waiting she offered to take care of my coffee while I waited in the coffee shop inside the leasing office. She was very knowledgeable and went over every detail during the tour. She answered all my questions and made it very easy!

Visiting the wife for the holidays here at Novel. This place is spectacular! The view from the balcony is second to none for Sunrise. Video attached below. Awesome amenities, I couldn't believe what is available to her!
It is a new facility. If you're interested in those amenities or pricing and floor plans, they do have virtual tours on their website.
Like all new places, they have some bumps and bruises on the way to perfection. The trash chute is almost always jammed. People leave their trash in the trash room where the chute is located. Right now, it's pretty dusty as they are finishing several of the garages facing the parking lot.
Edit: Forgot to mention the smoke alarm thing. It just started beeping out of nowhere. My wife says it's done that several times before. Not just in our unit but in the hallway as well. Also, according to a neighbor, there have been five instances in 3 months where all of the buildings had to be evacuated and the fire trucks showed up. False alarms.
My wife says she isn't concerned with those issues. She has every faith that they will be better very soon. So, those issues will not stop me from giving Novel Val Vista a five-star rating!
