We just happened to drive by and went in to check out the place. We were so impressed with the leasing managers and the amenities. The cafe next to the leasing office was the first wow factor, and from then on, all the good stuff just kept adding up, from the 24-hr gym to the pool and bbq stations to the pizza oven. This place has got it all.
But what we were most impressed with are the people working with us, Samantha and Annalisa. They were unbelievably accommodating and welcoming. We have rented on and off for over 2 decades and have never seen leasing managers this nice.
You cannot go wrong with this place.

WOW 5 Star Service. The team at Novel Val Vista was polite and helpful. The floor plans and amenity spaces are beautifully updated. Madison, AnnaLisa, Danielle and Samantha were all on site and very helpful in making a decision about what property to select. Honorable mention to the cronuts and the bakery team on site!

Visiting the wife for the holidays here at Novel. This place is spectacular! The view from the balcony is second to none for Sunrise. Video attached below. Awesome amenities, I couldn't believe what is available to her!
It is a new facility. If you're interested in those amenities or pricing and floor plans, they do have virtual tours on their website.
Like all new places, they have some bumps and bruises on the way to perfection. The trash chute is almost always jammed. People leave their trash in the trash room where the chute is located. Right now, it's pretty dusty as they are finishing several of the garages facing the parking lot.
Edit: Forgot to mention the smoke alarm thing. It just started beeping out of nowhere. My wife says it's done that several times before. Not just in our unit but in the hallway as well. Also, according to a neighbor, there have been five instances in 3 months where all of the buildings had to be evacuated and the fire trucks showed up. False alarms.
My wife says she isn't concerned with those issues. She has every faith that they will be better very soon. So, those issues will not stop me from giving Novel Val Vista a five-star rating!

Worked closely with Tallon and Kenzie, the apartment life team to set up our Frios party cart by the pool for a resident appreciation event! It was a great turnout! Moving into NOVEL Val Vista has been an incredible experience! 5 stars. Highly recommend! From the moment I toured the property, I knew there was something special about this place. There is a unique energy and modern touches everywhere you look. High-end fixtures, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful dome pendant lights really make the units stand out from anything else in Gilbert, Arizona.
From the moment I walked in, Maraya was absolutely fantastic and made the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. The only thing you need to have turned on is the Internet through Cox; the rest is turnkey. Maraya was so helpful, professional, and genuinely kind, which made starting this new chapter so exciting. Kourtni was also amazing and brought such a welcoming and positive energy—her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone and will make you feel right at home.
The apartments themselves are stunning! You can tell every detail was thoughtfully designed; it’s the perfect mix of style and functionality, with thoughtful details like quartz countertops, spacious walk-in closets, and custom built-ins that make every space feel unique. The community amenities and events are unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere, and the location is also unbeatable, with SanTan Village just steps away.
If you’re looking for a vibrant, inspired, and luxurious place to live, NOVEL Val Vista is it. I’m so glad I chose to call this place home!
