I toured Novel twice this year as my partner and I were considering downsizing from our home in Gilbert. Annalisa was amazing. She provided a fully customized experience, follow up and even snacks to top it all off. If you are interested in renting a unit in this community make sure you see Annalisa. She is top-tier!!!!

Visiting the wife for the holidays here at Novel. This place is spectacular! The view from the balcony is second to none for Sunrise. Video attached below. Awesome amenities, I couldn't believe what is available to her!
It is a new facility. If you're interested in those amenities or pricing and floor plans, they do have virtual tours on their website.
Like all new places, they have some bumps and bruises on the way to perfection. The trash chute is almost always jammed. People leave their trash in the trash room where the chute is located. Right now, it's pretty dusty as they are finishing several of the garages facing the parking lot.
Edit: Forgot to mention the smoke alarm thing. It just started beeping out of nowhere. My wife says it's done that several times before. Not just in our unit but in the hallway as well. Also, according to a neighbor, there have been five instances in 3 months where all of the buildings had to be evacuated and the fire trucks showed up. False alarms.
My wife says she isn't concerned with those issues. She has every faith that they will be better very soon. So, those issues will not stop me from giving Novel Val Vista a five-star rating!

Worked closely with Tallon and Kenzie, the apartment life team to set up our Frios party cart by the pool for a resident appreciation event! It was a great turnout! Beautiful and clean environment and residents were all very kind! We would love to be back for future pool parties! Thanks again for having Frios!

Moving into NOVEL Val Vista has been an incredible experience! 5 stars. Highly recommend! From the moment I toured the property, I knew there was something special about this place. There is a unique energy and modern touches everywhere you look. High-end fixtures, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful dome pendant lights really make the units stand out from anything else in Gilbert, Arizona.
From the moment I walked in, Maraya was absolutely fantastic and made the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. The only thing you need to have turned on is the Internet through Cox; the rest is turnkey. Maraya was so helpful, professional, and genuinely kind, which made starting this new chapter so exciting. Kourtni was also amazing and brought such a welcoming and positive energy—her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone and will make you feel right at home.
The apartments themselves are stunning! You can tell every detail was thoughtfully designed; it’s the perfect mix of style and functionality, with thoughtful details like quartz countertops, spacious walk-in closets, and custom built-ins that make every space feel unique. The community amenities and events are unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere, and the location is also unbeatable, with SanTan Village just steps away.
If you’re looking for a vibrant, inspired, and luxurious place to live, NOVEL Val Vista is it. I’m so glad I chose to call this place home!

I've been able to work with most of the team here and they have been excellent getting me into my new home here at Novel. Mayra was amazing and helped me a lot through the process as I've never rented an apartment before. My floorplan is great and for the price point so is the quality. The pool area is also one of the best I've seen at an apartment. This is brand new so there are some kinks to be worked out but everything I've brought up to the staff has been addressed and they are handling it very professionally. Thank you, Novel team!
